Art Of Living Course I: The Stress Manager

"What do they do in Art of Living Course I? How dose breathing reduces stress?” are some questions my friends ask me. “It’s like explaining how the ice cream tastes to the person who has never eaten or seen an ice cream”. I can say the ice cream is creamy, sweet, yummy, tastes good, cold, different flavors and stuffs but the person listening to me will not understand as long as he tastes ice cream. Have you seen, sometimes, Lady bug lands on its back from the tree and don’t know how to turn over? It can struggle how much ever it can and how long ever it can but it is still on its back.
