Never say 'Never' again

Never did I imagine I would write a blog on Never say 'Never' ;)

I was working in a fun filled environment and had so much fun at work. One day we had a personality development class and we were asked to build the tallest tower possible with straws and board pins. My first reaction was.."Impossible...the straws are not going to hold with the board pins". but once we tried to my surprise it did. we didnt succeed the first time but we tried alternate ways and we were able to build the tower!!!!!! so I was wrong in thinking that this task was impossible....

Now that we have figured out how to put the straw and pins togather...the target is to build the tallest tower between the 4 teams. So we focused on building the tower tall but the basic was forgotten....STABILITY. We kept building it taller but at the end it won't stand by itself ;) Then I figured out that even if the goal is reached the structure is a failure.....Which is again of no use!!!!!!!So the ultimate point is when focusing on the goal we forget the basics which is more important than our goal.....

Hmmmm...This is how I was working. It dawn on me that its time to change my thinking process. This gave me a new view to my vision. My working style totally changed from then...What ever solutions I felt impossible previously, became possible in my own hands...I felt the thrill. Then came the hardest project I worked on...The deadline was beyond believable. The work load was more and the time was very limited. The first thing in my mind was "IMPOSSIBLE". Though I didnt tell it out. We started to work and it was very much possible.[of course we did work over time]

That was when I realized that impossible is the word we use before trying something or if we dont want to do it or we are lazy to do it. That was the last time I thought that some thing was IMPOSSIBLE.

In this process of impossibles becoming possible, I felt the trill of work. The "ok ok" job suddenly became challenging and full of fun learning new things and digging in to the source code of the programming language and over writing the source code when needed.

When I stop and look back I realize that the same job which was "ok ok" became very interesting because I started to look at the same work in a different vision. It always surprises me when we look things with a different view. I understood that every thing is just in front of us. We just dont see it. What all we need, "The best job in the world, the best family, the best kids, the best life" Everything is just in front of us. Please dont turn a blind eyes to it.

Enjoy life. Its time you see that life is just next to you partying. All you have to do is just step into the party. Have fun.
